Process Templates are not getting translated in RTC 2.0

I am using the Rational Team Concert Enterprise trail version. I navigate to the Process Templates view in the Admin perspective and Open the SCRUM process template. Different tabs in the template editor shows all the translatable messages. e.g. %scrum_template_2, %scrum_spec_7 , etc...

I see in the Links tab and the template.message file is in the process attachments. So, i am not sure whats wrong.

How do i get all the translations work ? Any solution is appreciated.

This is by design. In process template editor, text to be translated are showed up with format %XXXX, XXXX here actually is the key that is used to find the translated text. All translated messages are stored in template_XX.messages as key-value pair.

A project area created from the template will look up the appropriate template_XX.messages and fill in the field with right translated message.
