cannot filter an Insight report by test plan

Hi,
I'm trying to build an Insight Report on RQM and I'm having the following problem.
We have a working query (produced using Query Studio) producing a list of test cases, grouped by Category and cumulative for the whole Project Area on RQM.
My problem is that, if I try to filter these results by Test Plan, (dragging and drop the Test Plan name under Operational Data Store) in order to get results related to the current test plan, I receive on my report the message: No data Available.

On the other hand, if I create a new report by starting with Test Plan name, I have the expected list of Test Plan existing in my RQM; but, if then I try to correlate these test plans to the associated Test Cases, always the same "No Data Available" result is displayed.

My question is: is this an error or is there something wrong in my RQM and/or Insight installation, or in my query, or in ETL?
I'm not familiar at all with Insight while I know well enough RQM.

Many thanks in advance
Mariella

Please upgrade to the latest version of RQM (see https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/) and review the product documentation (see https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/topic/com.ibm.help.common.jazz.calm.doc/com.ibm.help.common.jazz.calm.doc_eclipse-gentopic1.html) and jazz.net resources (see https://jazz.net/help).  If your issue persists, please ask a new question (https://jazz.net/forum/questions/ask), open a defect (see https://jazz.net/mystuff/#tab=workitems), or open a PMR (see http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21507639).
