I created some documents (File > New > Document) and I want to print it with header/custom first page with logo/page count/footer. Is there a way do do it?

I am using RRC 2.0.0.2 ifix 1.

No, that is currently not supported.
What you could do however, is export your document to MS Word and print the resulting document.
