RTC/Eclipse Workspaces and Repository Workspaces

Hi,

This is the scenario and is done in the Eclipse IDE.

We have two streams, PATCH which has 3 components and MAIN which has none yet.

I create a rep workspace for PATCH and MAIN.

I Load PATCH and put it into a PATCH subdirectory using the advanced options during a LOAD.

In PATCH rep workspace, I change the flow target to MAIN and deliver the components.

In MAIN rep workspace I accept the changes.

I then LOAD MAIN and get told that I am about to overwrite the three components, even though they are from two different repository workspaces and it will not be overwriting anything as the repository workspaces are in different locations.

Are we going to be forced to have a different eclipse workspace for every "Repository Workspace" we use?
