Not possible to install new features on the Jazz Client

Hi, I have downloaded 3.0M7 stuff: SDK, Client and Server.
I started the Client to install on top of it WTP to facilitate my Jazz
App development cycle. When I try to install new software (Help ->
Install new software) I got following error: "Cannot complete the
request. This installation has not been configured properly for Software
Updates."

Have you forbidden Software Updates? Or is it a defect?

I filled "Defect 120080" but there is no reaction.
