What is the version of the Eclipse for RTCz V3.0

Our customer wants to know the version of the Eclipse for RTCz V3.0 which is planned to release on this December, because the information is necessary for their planning to build the development setting. How can I get the information? Is there any information about it in the Jazz.net?

It will be bundled with Eclipse 3.5.2 and will also support 3.6 through shell-sharing with Installation Manager and perhaps also with p2.
