RTC with Help Desk/Service Desk

Hi,

Has anybody tried to integrate RTC with BMC Service Desk "Help desk and Incident Management". I mean generating a work item after incident has been logged in.

you don't want to write your own.. I;ve been there.. lots to support over time.

Kovair doesn't list one for Omnibus, but they were very quick and very inexpensive, to create adapters for different use cases when we needed it.

 Kiran - As Sam mentioned, with Kovair Omnibus integration platform, you'll be able to integrate RTC with BMC Service Desk "Help desk and Incident Management".  By the way, what versions of RTC and BMC Service Desk do you use.

I'd greatly appreciate a quick ph call with you to learn more.
