Hi

Unless Delphi has been rebuilt on Eclipse or VS - you can't install RTC into this environment. However, you should be able to invoke the scm functions with the commandline interface if Delphi allows you to invoke external apps to do version control

there may also be the option of using RTC out of the box on the site. You would then use the planning part of RTC and you would save your Delphi sourcefile changes in a folder being an eclipse project. When you then save changes in delphi it would be reflected in RTC and you can use eclipse compare and merge along with jazz source control.
