Deploying New Process Template

So I created a new process template. Now I'm trying to create a new project area that uses that process doesn't seem to be available. How do I "deploy" it for use by project areas? I also noticed in my current version 3.0 M5, that the Cloudburst Sample Process doesn't show up in my choices for a new project either.

Is there some completeness factor that affects this?

Hi Carson,

Are you trying to create the projectArea on RTC client. If yes
Check if you have unchecked 'filterByLocale" on Choose process Template step while creating projectArea
