Help! Clearcase Connector synchronization error.

I got the following error while running RTC CC Connector. Does anybody know what the error message means?

javax.wvcm.WvcmException: 嘗試執行 cleartool 指令失敗:

cleartool mkelem -nc -ci -master M:/DO_NOT_USE_PRJ_TEST_Q_01/TEST_DATA/./plutommi/Customer/Images/PLUTO176X220/MainLCD/Sndrec/voice_bg_white.bmp

In general with this kind of problem, find someone who is knowledgable
about ClearCase, and as them what causes this error message. (They
don't have to know anything about RTC or the synchronizer ... they just
have to know "cleartool".

If you don't have someone local with that expertise, then IBM support
will be able to help you.

Geoff

I found the issue is not caused by wrong setting of magic file. There is a default one mapping any undefined file type to compressed_file.
And a lot of .bmp files has been sync to CC before exception happened.
When the 2nd time we sync it (with fewer file selected). The file passed.

I would stop the discussion here since I don't interest in "magic issue".

For folks interested in this topic, we are continuing the discussion in
work item 114744 "Importer doesn't scale very well in the initial
treesize dimension".
