Is there a way to remove (not archive) or change user ID?

There are several user IDs that were created wrongly and instead of archiving them and using up the 250 pool we would like to disable the IDs for good. Is it possible to do that or may be modify the user ID?

Thank you

Hi,

as far as I know the pool is only restricted by assigned licenses. Unassign the licenses from them and keep them archived should be enough.

There are reasons why users could not be deleted. For instance references to the user and history.
