RTC 2.0.0.2 iFix 2 p2 install fails on log4j

Have a standard fresh install of Eclipse 3.5.2 and trying to install RTC 2.0.0.2 iFix 2 from a local p2 repository. All on Ubuntu Linux, Lucid 10.04, 32bit.

Selecting only the Rational Team Concert branch, and not the NLS plugins, try to install, but it fails with the following error

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software being installed: Repository Client Feature 1.0.2.I200910052001-7L79VAabtBnPG1gSsXMTYOg (com.ibm.team.repository.feature.client.feature.group 1.0.2.I200910052001-7L79VAabtBnPG1gSsXMTYOg)
Missing requirement: com.ibm.team.log4j.ui 1.0.2.I200910052001 requires 'package org.apache.log4j 0.0.0' but it could not be found
Cannot satisfy dependency:

Anybody got an idea? It also has the same error if I use a slightly older local RTC p2 repository (2.0.0.1 perhaps) which previously worked and so makes me think its the Eclipse thats causing the error.
