When setting this precondition on Deliver (client), works fine. However, when setting on Deliver (server), when attempting to Deliver, am receiving "Problem: The requirements for this precondition are not correctly configured. Valid 'roles' values are all roles specified in the process." (running RTC 2.0.0.1 on server)

Can you please open a defect report and outline a bit more what your process configuration looks like (maybe giving us your process.xml file)?

From "Valid 'roles' values are all roles specified in the process",It looks like that the role that you want to enable the precondition doesn't exist in the Process Configuration.
