Can attribute type 'Comments' be used in a custom attribute?

 Is is possible to use the type 'Comments' in my own custom attribute for a work item type?

There are no plans for now to implement this feature. Anyway you can subscribe to https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Rational%20Team%20Concert#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=85395 to track the progress.
