by mistake I imported twice the same work item, can i permanently delete one of them. Or whats the best solution.

How do i change the Date format in a project time line. currently it shows mm dd yyyy, I need to change to dd mm yyyy

You cannot currently delete a work item, but you can create a
"recycle-bin" project area, and move any work item you want to "delete"
to that project area.

this is ok, if there is only one WI in question, I bulk imported 4000+ records some of which the end users dont want, as they're duplicates etc.

And I cant see anyway to transfer more than one WI at a time between PAs.
