Customer Access to RTC server

Anthony Giordano (2762615) | asked Apr 16 '10, 2:02 p.m.
I was wondering if anyone is dealing with this issue and has a good solution
to it. We have an RTC server for a project in our company. We have a
customer that wants to enter bugs and enhancements. We thought the best way
to do this is to grant access to this server, but obviously, they are not in
the company and not on our network. How would one go about giving the
customer access to only enter bugs and enhancements while protecting the
confidentiality of the source code.

You control read access via the project area.
So create a separate project area to which only your developers are
given read access, and make that project area be the owner of the source
control components.
