Can we see the history who locked and unlocked the components in a RTC Stream?

 We are using RTC 6.0.6.1

We are using locks option on the components in the stream. But we are not able to track who is locking and unlocking the components.
Is there an option available to see who has locked and unlocked the components in a stream?
I am asking about the history of the locking components. 
Will not be stored in operation history?
