Does ClearQuest integrate directly with RQM?

Does ClearQuest integrate directly with RQM?

I know ClearQuest can be imported to RTC. If RTC and RQM are linked, will defects/workitems ultimately be shared with RQM as well?
Can this occur in reverse? Can a work item logged in RQM (linked to RTC) ultimately be uploaded to ClearQuest?

RQM documentation: Rational Quality Manager and Rational ClearQuest
Rational Quality Manager and Rational ClearQuest
You can integrate with Rational ClearQuest using the ClearQuest Bridge or the ClearQuest Connector.

With the ClearQuest Bridge, you maintain your defects in Rational ClearQuest and use Rational Quality Manager to view the defects.

With the ClearQuest Connector you maintain your defects in both repositories and can synchronize information between work items in Rational Quality Manager and ClearQuest records.

* Setting up integration using the Rational ClearQuest Bridge
You can integrate with IBM Rational ClearQuest Web so that you can use Rational ClearQuest for tracking defects.
* The IBM Rational ClearQuest Connector
You can integrate Rational Quality Manager with the Rational ClearQuest defect tracking system using the ClearQuest Connector.
