How to autostart RTC Express C on System startup?

Hello,
iI want my RTC Express C to start up, when I start my Linux (Kubuntu) System.
Can anybody tell me how to do this? I think i have to write a skript and add it to the init.d Folder.
But I have never done this bevore.
