RRC directory difference between RHEL and Windows

James Sullivan (1521842) | asked Mar 23 '10, 8:33 a.m.
Question from a customer:

We're trying to install RRC on a Red Hat server, and the download seems to have 2 zips, which result in two directories "RRC" and "RRC-Install".
Do you know why this might be? I didn't see this in the Windows version

This is the case for both the Windows and the Linux installs. There are two zips for the client, and two for the server. After unzipping all 4 files, you should have folders:

RRCC
RRCC_SETUP
RRCS
RRCS_SETUP

The install (launchpad.exe) is executed from the RRCx_SETUP folders for the client and server respectively. Hope it helps,
