RRC directory difference between RHEL and Windows
Question from a customer:
We're trying to install RRC on a Red Hat server, and the download seems to have 2 zips, which result in two directories "RRC" and "RRC-Install". Do you know why this might be? I didn't see this in the Windows version |

This is the case for both the Windows and the Linux installs. There are two zips for the client, and two for the server. After unzipping all 4 files, you should have folders:
RRCC RRCC_SETUP RRCS RRCS_SETUP The install (launchpad.exe) is executed from the RRCx_SETUP folders for the client and server respectively. Hope it helps, |
