How to force CAL License Key reset Express-C?

Hi,

my RTC Express-C installation shows an available unlocked
Rational Team Concert Express-C ClearCase Connector license with 10 available licenses. AFAIK this license is not included in Express-C.
I migrated the repo from a previous RTC Std. Edition to the new Express-C installation with repotools export/import. Server License is Express-C.

How I can get rid of that CAL or reset the license state completely in Express-C?
