Problem to install RTC on WAS 7.0

I installed a Windows Server 2008 SP2 with an IBM DB2 9.7 Express C database and WAS 7.0 application server and Team Concert 2.0.0.2 standard.
Team Concert tables in DB2 are okay and jazz.war was deployed in WAS 7.0.

For installation and configuration I followed this links:
http://jazz.net/library/techtip/321
http://jazz.net/library/techtip/95 (this one is a bit outdated)

When I try to launch Jazz in WAS, the configuration page https://localhost:9443/jazz/setup returns this error:

Error 404: ProxyServlet:/jazz/setup

But the access page https://localhost:9443/jazz/admin to the Jazz server works fine and I can login without problem

I found a similar error in Jazz.net: http://www.jazz.net/forums/viewtopic.php?p=26993#26993
I reviewed what it says but the error remain.

Any help?
