Pair working

Hi,
It is quite common we work in pair in our team; it means there are work
items shared by 2 guys. Which means beside owner attribute we need also kind
of assistant attribute.
Scenarios:
Guy A: having lots of work items owned by him/her solely.
Guy B: having lots of work items owned by him/her solely. He has also work
items shared with Guy A, and C, etc. Those appear in his/her work item's
view + his/her load view.
Regards,
Roman
