Workitem customization: how to keep it after RTC upgrade
In upgrading from lower to higher versions, how to keep the customized workitems in the higher version? Thanks a lot!

You will not lose your customizations when you upgrade. The customizations are stored as part of you project area configuration, which is not changed when you move to a higher version of RTC.
