ClearQuest 2003.06.xx to RTC Data migration

Is it possible to use RTC to migrate data from ClearQuest 2003.06.xx using the process described in the article jazz.net/library/article/391 ?

Will it work with a 7 year old version of ClearQuest or do we need to upgrade to a later version of ClearQuest first ?
