Not recognized by Installation Manager.

Is there a specific path? Installation manager states that 003 is current.

There is a lag time (usually no more than 72 hours) for new fixes to populate to the Installation Manager "service repositories".

In the interim, you can download the ZIP here: https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/releases/2.0.0.1iFix4?p=allDownloads and simply add the local copy (after unzipping) in IBM Installation Manager > File > Preferences > Repositories. Now it will pick it up when you run an "update" operation on the RQM package group.
