RQM - CQ (OSLC)

I have set up RQM 2.0.0.1 and CQ 7.1.1

CQ and RTC are both OSLC CM providers. Why do they behave different? If I configure the link 'Tests' to a RTC project, I can create work items directly from test cases (section 'plan items' is displayed). When doing the same for CQ (ALM scheam) this section is not displayed. Why?

I only see Defect can be submitted from RQM to CQ. As for work item, there is no directly mapping to CQ maybe. Work item should be an ALMActivity in CQ, but ALMActivity has to be linked to AMLTask, etc.
