Thanks Petric. HOwever, my user has forgotn his password. Being admin I can login to the user admin menu but when I click on his name in the Active User's list, I do see the Change Password button as grayed out. :(

Hi,

You can use RTC if you have RTC integrated with RQM. Open the user in the team organisation view and select the user. There you can reset the password.
Make sure you email function (RQM) is enabled and configured because the new passord will be send by email to the user.

Thank you so much for a detailed answer. Unfortunately, I am not able to integrate RTC with RQM as the RTC setup files available for download are currupt and do not run properly.
Once again thanks for your response. Once RTC is installed, I shall try to follow up the steps mentioned by you and will keep you posted as well on this forum. So that every one can refer the same.

If your using RQM 2.0. use the RTC client to change the password.
Otherwise make them a jazz admin temporarily. This will allow you to change their password and then remove their admin rights

Depending on the resources you have on the box. You may also have to change the ports for both to be running.

Hello All:
I am trying to download RQM and RTC and integrate them in order to see if I can do field level customization in the defects tab.

I am facing difficulty in order to download RQM disk 2, that every time I put it for download using the following URL:

it doesnt dowload complete file however shows me the download status bar as 'Download Complete' with 'Open Folder'/ 'Close' buttons enabled on the wizard soon it completes nearly 18 mb or 30 mb from targetted 498.29 MB download.

Does anyone have any idea how can I download the entire 498.29 MB of Disk 2 from any other FTP/ download website?
