Error when downloading workspace with Visual Studio client

Hi all,
When I try to load my workspace from the server by using the Visual Studio client, it throws me an exception and cancels the download:
"Exception thrown when executing 'http://localhost:1689/service/'"
The following is an image cap with almost the complete stack trace (it doesn't even fit in the PC's monitor!):

After that, I tried to load my workspace through the Eclipse client, and the error happened again:
"Problems occurred running loading repository items. Reason: There were errors during download...
Failed to download my_package/from_clearcase/
Remote exception was of type 'com.ibm.team.scm.common.VersionedContentNotFound'
Content not found"

I'll appreciate any help on this error.
