The errors at the end of the log suggest that your connection was interrupted. Have you tried reloading the workspace? |

The issue is all users are seeing this error and they have to reload 3-15 times to get the full load to complete.

Does anyone know how to increase the timeout of the download or synchronize task or if this is an issue of using self signed certificates.

The issue is all users are seeing this error and they have to reload 3-15 times to get the full load to complete. Anyone from the RTC team care to comment on this? We are seeing a similar problem. It appears to be related to the userid. If we switch to another user, we are able to completely load the workspace. Also we narrowed it down to one eclipse project we attempt to load. The messages look like the ones above and we do not see anything on the server-side log. Is there additional logging we can turn on? Thank you, -Garrett |
When there is something this "urgent" opening a defect report will get a lot more attention. Can you log a defect here, against the Source Control team?
