Error accessing RQM workitems at jazz.net
I was browsing through the defect fixes for iFix3 and a number of them return the following type of error:
Can I get access to read these work items as well? Why are they flagged differently?

Hi David,
Defect 24427 is in a "private" project area, and unfortunately there is no way for you to access records in this project area.
There are several "private" project areas on Jazz.net which are only accessible IBMers directly involved in the development and support of the Jazz products.
We minimize usage of these private project areas as much as possible, but they are necessary for handling proprietary data from our customers. In the case of defect 24427, this was something brought to my team (RQM support) via a PMR and it has non-public information from one of our customers (screen shots/etc from their environment) attached to it. This prevents us from being able to house the work item in a public area.
