RTC and RQM "Tested By" link

ok, 2 of us have tried to find this but have failed dismally.

We have RTC V2 RC3 and RQM Beta 2 installed. We have created the cross server link between the 2 servers. It works as I can raise defects from RQM to RTC.

We have created a Story in RTC, we have created a Test Plan in RQM. How on earth do we created the "Tested By" link between the Story and Test Plan? If I go into RTC and go to the links part and try to add a link, "Tested By" is not one of the options. Neither is it in the quick information. I can't see anything to do with links in the Test Plan template?

Help..........Please.........It's driving me crazy :?

Cheers,

Michael

PS can we have 2 RQM servers connected to a single RTC server?

I've done some digging around. I love the fact that the RTC project areas are visible to the public.

It appears that the functionality that I am looking for can only be instigated from RQM and the functionality is to be made available in Jazz Foundation 1.0 CM4, which I thought RQM Beta 2 was supposed to be based on. However, looking at the work items and the release plan, the target of May has been missed.

Are these features going to be made available in Beta 3, if there is one, or in time for GA?

cheers,

Michael

1. You can set up linkage between test case and plan item (story or so). There will be a plan item section that you can use to do this. The section is not in the default template but you can add that in. In final release, we will provide a template for integration purpose.

btw, there is a known issue w/ RTC RC3 - the back link can't be established. Other than that, it's working fine.

2. For the question ' can we have 2 RQM servers connected to a single RTC server?', the answer is yes.

brilliant. I've got it working thank you. Need to sort out how to add the Plan Item to the Default Test Case template, but other than it's perfect.

btw, the back link "Tested By" works for me in RC3. When you click on the link formated html is not brilliant though.
