I thought of using repotools.sh -isServerRunning to automatically monitor
my 12 RTC repositories. However, it seems that for 2.0.0.1 the tool prints
"the server is not running" for each of my 2.0.0.1 repo's. My remaining 2.0 repo's I think are accurate as today I caught one hung and ran the test and it
said "not running".

The exit code under 2.0.0.1 is 0.
