The RTC 2.0 release plan never stops Loading....

The RTC 2.0 release plan never stops Loading.... and never comes back even after restarting RTC console and client. This will work in the web OK.
This issue is happened the other day and we renamed old release plan and recreated it and seemed to work for a day then it came back.
Individual team plans are getting loaded and so are work items when queried by item number.

Is there anything in your error log. Press CTRL+3 and type 'Error Log'
and check for APT related entries.
