JBE Builds and buildLabel

Tom Frauenhofer (1.3k58435) | asked Jan 10 '10, 10:53 a.m.
The buildLabel is composed of date and time that the build started and
we used this label to name the output files of the build.

If a build definition allows the build to run on multiple JBE's, then is
it possible for the same buildLabel to be used for each build ?

In my environment, if two concurrent builds ever chose the same
buildLabel, they would trample each others output files.

Dave,
We are wrestling with this same issue and I was wondering if you received any feedback, or found a way to deal with this issue?

In case you haven't already found it, see Jazz defect 103376. Nick
suggests some workarounds that have worked for me.

Cheers
