Grouping of buld definitions

I'm not aware of support for a build definition folder (and I couldn't
find it with a quick work item search). But if there is one, I'm also
interested in how to create one (:-).

Note that the build definitions displayed in the Team Artifacts
Navigator are affected by your TAN filter ... if you set it to "My
Project and Team Areas" or "Custom", you should be able to narrow the
build definitions list down to a managable size.

I was also about to say "you can add build definitions to your Favorites
folder", but that actually isn't true ... until work item 62808 is
implemented.
