How to implement Standardized Artifact Templates Across Components in IBM DNG

We would like to implement standardized Artifact Templates in IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS Next (DNG).

Our approach is to maintain all template modules in a dedicated standard component and use that component to create a Component Template. When new components are created from this Component Template, we do not want the template modules themselves to be copied or visible in each component. Instead, we want the Artifact Templates defined in the standard component to be available for users when creating new modules and artifacts within those components.

Is there a supported way in DNG to centrally deploy and enforce Artifact Templates across multiple components without having to add or maintain the template modules individually in each component? If so, what is the recommended best practice?
