Unable to Find One CST Milestone Work Item in Product Backlog Breakdown View

Hi,

I am facing an issue with the Product Backlog Plan in IBM EWM/ELM

My Product Backlog Plan contains more than 10,000 work items. In the plan, I have excluded Resolved Items and Execution Items, and I am viewing the plan in Breakdown View.

Under a parent EPIC, there are multiple CST Milestone work items. I can see one CST Milestone, but I am not able to see another CST Milestone under the same parent EPIC, even though:

• Both CST Milestone work items have the same Planned For value.
• Both are assigned to the same Team Area.
• The parent EPIC is open.
• The missing CST Milestone is not resolved.
  
  
• FYI: Currently I am using ELM 7.0.3 version inside EWM and ifix applied is iFix022

Could you please help me understand:

1. What could cause a work item to be hidden in the Breakdown View?
2. Are there any additional filters, plan settings, or permissions that could prevent a work item from appearing?
3. Is there any known limitation or indexing issue when working with plans containing more than 10,000 work items?

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this issue would be greatly appreciated.
