Custom widget is not visible in the "Requirements managment"after adding.

Hello
I have added a custom widget to ädd socialgadget" and it is successful, I can see the added one on the widget window.
However, that widget is not visible in the rm section, under which it is added.
is there any configuration missing ? to make it visible ?

You have to add your widget into widget catalog to make it visible:
