Are the install packages for milestone builds removed?

I had downloaded installation media for a milestone build 1.0M6a. When I tried to install it now, IM could not connect to the package repository :cry: . My credentials are right, no proxy, no firewall, URL of the repository is unreachable in the browser. Server is installed and running, client installation fails.

Is the package repository removed for old builds?
