RTC 3.0 Flows Stream in different projects areas

In Rational Team Concert 3.0 I have two streams in different project areas.
One stream (stream a in project area a) is a destination of the other stream (stream b in project area b) (stream flow)
How do I deliver changes in the Pending Changes view from Stream a to stream b If I am using RTC 3.0 and if the 'Show' --> 'Pending Changes' context menu action does not appear on a stream (this action appears to be added in RTC 3.0.1)

I believe you have to accept the changes into a workspace then deliver to stream B

Looks like what you are looking for was added in 3.0.1
