Can you tell me the API to fetch all review Unique ID from numeric ID? or how to get all the review unique ID through API?

We are trying to fetch all the review resourceURI ID  and the status of review through API. Or please share how to get unique ID from artifact numeric ID through API?

I've never tried it myself so I don't have an example for you, but you can get (i.e. read only) review details through the DOORS Next Reportable REST API https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/DNGReportableRestAPI
