We are using ELM 7.0 and we have deployed some plugins to EWM to extend the functionality and we are planning to add more plugins.

Can we migrate to ELM SaaS and install these pluging to mantain the extended features?

 Usually you have no root access to the servers running ELM in a SaaS scenario, so you can not deploy extensions yourself. You would have to negotiate with your cloud provider, if they support this and what the cost would be.
