How do I get linked work item information via Predecessor _value in RPE?

I am using RPE to output scheduling aspects of EWM/RTC plans. I have a "predecessor(string)" element in the schema under workitem, but no element referring to "com.ibm..." which would suggest it is a link.


The output of "_value" (the only available schema element) within "predecessor(string)" is something like "_WjuaqzWKEfCfw77WRiG4qg". This seems like a possible component of a URL/URI, but if it is I do not know how to construct a URL from it. 

Nothing for successor appears in the schema at all, or I would try the reverse approach.

So, my real question is how do I follow the predecessor link type to get to linked work item information? Is the element I've been looking at a dead end?

Hi John,

I hope you are doing well.
In this situation, I would recommend you open a case with the EWM team asking them to help you get the correct information, through an API, for example, and then you can try to use it to build your report.
