Is it possible to create steps in test script in RQM using OSLC api?

Hi Everyone,

Application :RQM

Version : 7.0.2

We found similar type of questions in forum, It was mentioned that it is not possible to achieve through OSLC apis. Could any one please guide us how to proceed with REST api. Is there any way to update the test script with test steps ?
