EWM Upgrade from 7.0.3 to 7.1.0 (error)
Hi team,
we are trying to upgrade IBM ELM from 7.0.3 to 7.1.0 and able to successfully upgrade jts & ETM but have issues with EWM.
and i see the mistake was earlier path point it to JTS 7.0.3 and i have skip the step to go back and correct the path. but it continue give error below.
[root@XXXXXXXXX server]# upgrade/jazz/ccm_upgrade.sh -oldApplicationHome /data/installed/ELM703/server/conf -newJTSHome /mnt/server/conf -applicationContextRoot jazz -jtsContextRoot jts

The ccm upgrade failed at step 0. Correct the problem and run the script again starting at step 0.
tried repotools clean in jts & ccm both. but did not work ?
found below doc but i see it's quite old doc and also command does not seem

This error seems to be the key:

So, the upgrade tooling is thinking you are running on a version 3.0.0. not 7.0.3. 3.0.0 is out of support for a decade. You would have to upgrade to 4.x, then to 5.x and 6.x and then to 7.1.0. I have never heard about a case where the update was fantasizing about the tool version.
I would suggest to open a case with support to find out why the upgrade tooling thinks you have a 3.0.0 version, what version you really have and how to fix that and find out if there is any possible way to perform the upgrade.

thanks Ralph, got link this and works after -clean, i see there was error while running -clean for installed plugin,
