EWM - 7.0.2 Work Item Restricted Access Presentation

I'm able to restrict access to a work item using an access group in EWM 7.0.2 using the clipse client, however, I'm unable to add the "Restricted Access" presentation so that I can do this via the web UI per the below instructions:


Am I missing something?

Sorry, just noticed that it's an Attribute presentation. I had assumed it was a non-Attribute based presentation.
