Link Labels are not gettin imported to DNG using Excel import

Hello ,
Link Labels are not getting imported to DNG using CSV/Excel import.
Is there any solution for this one?
"Link labels " : Requirements which hold hyperlinks are exported from DOORS and now we cannot get those links in DNG while importing
