DNG Group By Review is inconsistent

I am using DNG 702 SR1 iFix15 in 2 installations of Derby Db.


Following are the screenshots from both server of Comments section of Artefact opened in Module Context.

Installation 1 shows Group By Review. Installation 2 does not show that option.
Review Comments are seen in Installation 1, when artefact is opened in Module Context. Review Comments are NOT seen in Installation 2. In Installation 2, Review Comments can be read only after opening the Review.

Is there any option enabled in Installation to see the review comments by opening the Object. Why is this difference noticed.
