What should be the body template for creating module and artifact? Also what all the data should be required in body
to create module and artifact. Which are the mandatory and non mandatory fields

You might want to start with https://docs.oasis-open-projects.org/oslc-op/rm/v2.1/requirements-management-spec.html and provide details, why, what etc. All your questions seem to be lacking information about the why.  If you want others to spend their time, expect others to require details and provide them.
